Upon entry, our guests are welcomed into an airy and light-filled lobby with panoramic ocean views. The ocean-chic vibe is carried through Colin’s lounge, awash in natural colors with gold accents and subtle navy blue touches. Colin and his Thrive Hospitality team hand-selected every piece of furniture, decor, and art by Gino Miles, Jane Manus, and Tigran Tsitoghdzyan.
The lounge at Beach Club, opening November 12, 2020, stretches over 2,500 square feet and features multiple indoor/outdoor seating areas. Curated playlists evolve from Brazilian Bossa Nova early to retro classics and live DJs late night. The menus transition from barista-made lattes and continental breakfast to light, open-air lunches to an alluring candle-lit lounge and terrace in the evening, serving Mediterranean-inspired Mezze plates & sushi, all made for sharing.
By candlelight in the evenings, the house favorites include Toro Tartar topped with caviar, delectable Potato Croquettas, and freshly caught nigiri. A new glamour features waitstaff arriving tableside, serving custom seafood towers and late-night sensuous pairings of the finest dark chocolates and red wines.
Colin’s travels throughout Sardinia, Sicily, and the Greek Islands have inspired the wine and cocktail menus, which also feature a diverse sake portfolio. Signature cocktails include the D’Olivia made with Castlevatrano Olive Oil Infused Vodka, Rosemary, Wild Sardinia Vermouth, and the Kemuri, a perfectly balanced mix of Kikori Whiskey, Yuzu, Honey, Ginger, Laphroig.
Opening December 10, 2020, Marisol is an oceanfront dining destination inspired by Colin’s love for La Dolce Vita and iconic beach clubs set along the Mediterranean. Adorned in a sophisticated color palette of neutrals, soft blues, natural wood, and teak furniture, Marisol is soon the ideal setting for a lively lunch with friends or romantic dinner.
