CleanStay

The safety and security of our guests, members, and team members remain our highest priority. We have built upon our already rigorous cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for team members, increased cleaning of public areas, and refined services. 

CLEANSTAY

— Innovative Disinfection Technologies: Boca Raton Resort & Club uses electrostatically charged disinfecting mist and ultraviolet light (among other solutions) to sanitize surfaces and objects

— Room Seal: A seal is placed on all guest rooms after final inspection to show the guest room has not been accessed since being thoroughly cleaned

— 10 High-Touch, Deep Clean Areas: Extra disinfection is performed of the most frequently touched guests room areas – light switches, door handles, TV remotes, thermostats and more

— De-clutter Amenities: All pens, paper, and guest directories have been removed from the guest rooms; guests are provided digital solutions for all Resort services

— Clean and Clean Again: The frequency of cleaning all public areas is significantly increased

— Guest-Accessible Disinfecting Wipes: Stations are provided at primary entrances and traffic areas, including wipes at elevators

Covid-19 Testing

Maybe you require a test prior to flying? Maybe it's just for peace of mind? Whatever the case, the biostation, located at the Resort & Club, is available. PCR (nasal-swab) tests may be complete in the comfort of your suite or guestroom. The per test cost is $199 and the result is delivered within 48 hours.

RESORT GUESTS

— Attestation: Guests are required to review, understand and acknowledge the Guest Attestation/Terms of Use

— Pre-Registration: Guests are encouraged to download the Hilton App to register before arrival; by doing so, everything is ready—including room keys—upon arrival 

— In-Stay: Guests receive daily communications to confirm everyone is healthy and symptom-free

— Face Coverings: Are no longer required indoors or out by Members or Guests. Team Members will continue to wear face coverings.
 

TEAM MEMBERS

— Training: All Team Members receive ongoing training regarding recognizing symptoms, providing service while staying safe, personal protective equipment, hygiene, uniform maintenance, and the new ways of performing their tasks

— Self-Checks: All Team Members are trained and reminded via signage and constant reinforcement to perform a self-check before arriving at the property

— Mandatory Arrival Screening: All Team Members enter through one of three entrances; temperature checks and respiratory/symptom screens are performed

— Personal Protective Equipment: All Team Members are trained on how to use their masks, gloves, and other PPE properly; hand sanitizer is mandatory and provided to each Team Member

— Reinforcement: Signage throughout the property reinforces the Resort's policies

CLUBS

— Reservations: Harborside and Beachside Health Clubs and group exercise classes will no longer require reservations (excluding Orangetheory and Hydrow Studio)

Health Clubs

— Physical Distancing: Physical distancing is made possible by removing equipment, operating by reservation, and increasing class schedules

— Face Coverings: Are no longer required indoors or out by Members or Guests. Team Members will continue to wear face coverings.

— Sanitization: Throughout each day, Team Members are dedicated to sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and more; guests and members are requested to clean their equipment before and after use; between sessions, the entire Team is focused on sanitization; at night, when closed, the entire facility is sanitized

Golf Club

— Physical Distancing: The Team and our signage remind you to maintain distance between players at all times; additional time has been added between tee times; Members and guests are invited to arrive no more than 20 minutes before their tee time; golf carts are for single-use only (members of the same family are the only exception); the Driving Range is available with revised services/amenities

— Sanitization: Throughout each day, Team Members are dedicated to sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and more; guests and members are requested to clean their equipment before and after use; golf carts and thoroughly washed and sanitized after each use; at night, when closed, the Pro Shops and restrooms are sanitized

Tennis Club

— Physical Distancing: The Team and our signage remind you to maintain distance between players at all times; alternate courts are available, and therefore capacity is limited; Members and guests are invited to arrive no more than 20 minutes before their court time; rental racquets and tennis balls are temporarily unavailable (both may be purchased)

— Sanitization: Throughout each day, Team Members are dedicated to sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and more; guests and members are requested to clean their equipment before and after use; at night, when closed, the Tennis Shop and restrooms are sanitized

PRIVATE BEACH AND POOLS

— Reservations: Guest are required to make reservations, which may be for the full day

— Physical Distancing: Physical distancing is made possible by removing furniture and equipment, and operating by reservation

— Service: Food and beverage service may be performed online, though single-use menus are available

— Sanitization: Throughout each day, Team Members are dedicated to sanitizing frequently touched surfaces and more; at night, when closed, the entire facility is sanitized

GENERAL

— Hand Sanitizing: Stations have been added throughout the Resort

— Face Coverings: Are no longer required indoors or out by Members or Guests. Team Members will continue to wear face coverings.

Guests must, wherever possible, maintain six feet of physical distancing

— Physical Distancing: Services are modified, including reduced hours and services at select locations and no schedule high-touch interactive areas

— Reinforcement: Signage throughout the property reinforces the Resort's policies
