Boston-based celebrity Chef Jason Santos – who has appeared on The Talk, The Today Show, the CBS Early Show and as a runner-up on Season 7 of Hell’s Kitchen – heated things up last weekend as the host of two remarkable events! We welcomed Chef Santos as our second Artist in Residence February 3rd through February 4th. Known for his unique cooking techniques he was the perfect follow-up to Chef Graham Elliot.
Friday the first event, ‘A Nitro To Remember’, took place on the outside patio of 501 East. Guests delighted in one-of-a-kind entrees and cocktails prepared by Chef Santos. Dinner featured a cocktail hour, chef’s specialty nitrogen concoctions and Hell’s Kitchen signature dishes – a truly exciting evening.
Saturday featured a more intimate set-up at Seagrille. Overlooking our private beach, couples joined Chef Santos for a romantic interactive affair. The night began with Liquid-Nitrogen Infused Passion Fruit Margaritas, and ended with dinner for two served with aphrodisiac and Champagne pairings.
