This past week, we welcomed celebrity Chef Graham Elliot, one of our Artists in Residence, during his first visit to Boca Raton. During his residency, Chef Graham hosted three magical events that took luxury dining to a whole new level. From fresh catches and Short Rib Stroganoff to Champagne and sweet delights, each experience was far more than just delicious, but rather a foodie extravaganza.
A “Sea To Table” dinner, held at Lucca, was the first of the three events to take place. The day of the dinner, our Boca Resort team took Chef Graham and other Boca Resort members & guests out for a fishing excursion. Their task: to catch fish that would be used in the evening’s dinner. The excursion was a success, and the Kingfish caught was used in an appetizer later in the evening.
The next night, 501 East put on the “Greatest Hits Dinner” featuring popular recipes from Graham’s ‘How To Cook Like A Master Chef’ cookbook. During a night that began with Chef Graham’s signature Caesar Salad and ended with his famous S’Mores Pie, guests indulged in a four-course dinner while listening to eloquent live-music and sipping on Old-Fashioned cocktails. As each dish arrived to the table, Chef Graham explained in detail the composition of each plate.
The third and final event hosted by Chef Graham was “Sips and Sweets,” during which guests sipped on Champagne and nibbled desserts while swaying to the DJ’s beats, which were personally selected by Chef Graham. It was a “sweet” ending to a wonderful Artists in Residence stay by celebrity Chef Graham Elliot!
