Chef Takao crafted their popular California Maki Roll made with fresh crab, avocado, and cucumber. He began by slicing the cucumber, avocado, and crab into long slices. He then flattened a ball of sushi rice onto a piece of seaweed, followed by a sprinkling of black and white sesame seeds. The rice was topped with crab, avocado, and cucumber then rolled and sliced to perfection served with wasabi and ginger.
