Boca Beach Club Fitness Center is an inspired setting, located on the pool level overlooking the lovely Pool Oasis and the surf with floor to ceiling glass windows. Enjoy the most advanced cardiovascular and strength training systems, featuring personal wireless flat-screen entertainment centers.
The Country Club Fitness Center:
Located inside our Country Club, this popular facility includes a full range of fitness equipment, including both cardiovascular and strengthening devices. A unique Hydra-Fitness Circuit workout and heated Olympic size outdoor lap pool provide a wide range of fitness activities.
FLYWHEEL:
The Resort & Club have partnered with Fly Wheel Sports, the leading indoor cycling innovator from New York, adding next-generation spinning classes to our diverse mix of fitness and health activities. The new classes feature dynamic Flywheel Sports instructors and specially outfitted bikes, designed to track your performance. Nothing takes the weight off and gives you a cardio workout faster than an intense spinning program and these new classes offer an amazingly effective, challenging and fun workout. Flywheel indoor cycling classes are held in the Fitness Studio on the second floor of the Resort Fitness Center. Complimentary cycling shoes, water and towels are provided with each class.
