The blue is a fine-dining restaurant serving New American food and drink–sophisticated and contemporary with some unexpected flavors and modern takes on classic dishes.
Executive Chef Christie Tenaud has begun to experiment with potential dishes such as Spiced Maya Shrimp with Crispy Grits, Coffee-rubbed Tenderloin with Chimichurri, Southern style herb-roasted Chicken with Crispy Pickles & Sweet Potato Arancini, Maine Lobster 3 Ways, and House made Vanilla & Salted Caramel Gelato with Candied Peanuts & Caramel Popcorn.
The menu will change frequently, dependent on local, seasonal offerings. the blue will use the freshest and most succulent ingredients while placing emphasis on sustainable and organic foods from local farmers and local waters, complimenting offerings like the Maine lobster, which arrives daily, fresh from its source.
